• Prepare a strategic plan to effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures, proactively managing cost control requirements, and identifying profit improvement opportunities for the business unit operations. • Take full responsibility for the overall accounting and financial management at the hotel. • Provide advanced analysis and challenge from a finance perspective to enhance the quality of business decision-making and drive improved performance. • Deliver accurate, reliable, and timely financial reports to support decision-making as per agreed deadlines. • Be accountable for preparing and reviewing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, operating results, and ensuring compliance with local tax authorities. • Set specific goals and plans to effectively prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work. • Monitor all local tax compliance, ensuring that taxes are charged correctly and collected. • Monitor and drive improvement in business unit operation costs, profitability, and manage business risks. • Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes. • Undertake other tasks as instructed by the General Manager and top management.
