.To monitor all reservations, guest’s comments and administration. .To ensure Fitness Center cleaned and all fitness equipment’s working functionally. .To ensure Yoga Sala and Yoga Pavilion set up properly with full equipment’s needed. .Conduct activities as per schedule. .Conduct personal lesson as guest reservation. .To be integration of visiting practitioners in field of Yoga, Tai Chi etc. .To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming .manner by name or as advised in SRRW standards. .To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the resort’s standard as prescribed in Standard Services Manual. .To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of holistic activities and fitness equipment’s required for the guests. .To assist with demonstrations and events as required. .To participate in a new training and refreshing program as required. Planning, implementing and actively promoting the fitness and recreation services to guests. Offering assistance to fitness beginners by introducing and explaining procedures for using the facilities. .Maintaining a visible profile within fitness operations – consistency and diplomacy in all liaisons. Introducing new concepts when appropriate. .Any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor.
