Key Responsibilities: -Inventory management and physical audits -Asset tracking and recording -Depreciation calculation and recording -Financial reporting and analysis -Asset utilization and budgeting -Maintenance coordination and asset replacement -Procedure development and implementation -Reporting and analysis -General administrative tasks. 2. Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job): • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fixed asset management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and fixed asset regulations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must). • Write and speak Khmer and English • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
