I. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all check-ins and check-outs for both properties with a friendly and professional attitude. - Assist guests with luggage, motorbike rentals, taxi bookings, island boat tickets, and local travel advice. - Respond to all guest inquiries via Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other websites quickly and politely. Simple Reservations Management: - Keep the room calendar updated to prevent overbooking. - Monitor incoming bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda - Convert inquiries from social media or walk-ins into confirmed stays. - Assist the Business Manager/Business Team in sales and marketing work - Inspect every bungalow/room after cleaning to ensure it meets our standards (fresh linens, working AC, clean bathroom, and amenities). - Identify any issues (leaky faucets, slow Wi-Fi, lightbulbs) and report them immediately to business manager. - Keep track of essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, and water; notify the owner when it's time to restock. - Process cash and KHQR/ABA payments accurately and issue receipts. - Keep a simple daily record of arrivals, departures, and any cash expenses. - Copy of guests’ IDs or passports II. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in hospitality (Front Desk, Reception, or Operations). - Knowledge of reservation websites and platforms is required. - Good in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus). - Honest, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Comfortable using smartphones, messaging apps, and basic social media platforms. - High emotional intelligence, integrity, and an "ownership mentality." - Must be punctual and reside within a reasonable commuting distance. - Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
