General Manager (Tax & Accounting Sector)

Job Description:
• Manage and lead the local company (Tax & accounting sector) • Prepare the company strategy and plaining • Coaching & developing internal staff. • Accomplish ad-hoc works assigned by BOD. • Conduct staff training in Tax and Accounting policy • Conduct staff Training, managing, support tax & audit work with external & internal • Providing clear directions, positive and constructive feedback. auditor as well as tax authority • Tax and accountant consultant and planning for the client • Discussing new tax ideas with Management and staff. • Responding appropriately to requests from clients for other company Services. • Advising & monitoring clients on the treatment of contentious issues. • Monitoring the tax compliance position. • Being awareness of international tax issues. • Providing clear directions, positive and constructive feedback. auditor as well as tax authority • Responding appropriately to requests from clients for other company Services. • Manage and staff checking • Build connections and work closely with the ministry related • Other tasks assigned by Top Management
Key requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law • Ideally ACCA/ CPA qualified (or equivalent). • Hold the tax license certificate from General tax department • At least 3 years’ experience in Accountant management • At least 4 years’ experience in either external and/or internal tax function. • Excellent technical knowledge of and experience in International Tax advisory and compliance. • The ability to apply an understanding of financial statements and other relevant non-tax financial and business information to the tax advisory and compliance work. • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Chinese • Takes personal responsibility and accountability for work. • Identifies and pursues business opportunities. • Be able to analyses problems and identify core issues. Investigate, evaluate and integrate information. • Be able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open and honest.
