You will collaborate closely with the Digital Promotion team to produce high-quality content that effectively communicates our brand message to our target audience. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in graphic design and video editing software. ◉ Responsibilities: 1) Graphic Design: ■ Design compelling visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, and advertisements. ■ Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials. 2) Video Editing: ■ Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for promotional purposes, including product showcases, tutorials, and testimonials. ■ Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and sound effects to enhance the overall quality of the videos. 3) Content Creation: ■ Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns, incorporating graphics and videos to enhance storytelling. ■ Collaborate with the Digital Promotion team to develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences. 4) Collaboration: ■ Work closely with the Digital Promotion team to understand project requirements and timelines. ■ Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to integrate visual elements into marketing campaigns effectively. 5) Quality Assurance: ■ Ensure that all graphics and videos meet quality standards and are optimized for various digital platforms and devices. 6) AI Tools Utilization: ■ Utilize AI tools and software platforms to enhance efficiency and productivity in graphic design and video editing tasks. ■ Stay updated on the latest AI tools and techniques relevant to the field of digital design and video editing. ◉ Qualifications: ■ Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. ■ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. ■ Native proficiency in Khmer and good proficiency in English (both spoken and written). ■ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. ■ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ■ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. ■ Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. ◉ Benefits: ■ Develop essential business management skills. ■ Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. ■ Collaborate with passionate team members. ■ Competitive and results-based salary system. ■ Learn and apply global business standards. ■ Enhance English proficiency in a daily English language environment. ■ Office phone and laptop provided (To be confirmed). ■ Bonus for achieving goals. ■ Enjoy company parties and staff birthday gifts. ■ NSSF coverage provided. ■ Seniority payments twice a year. ■ Company evaluations conducted quarterly. ■ 1.5 days off per week and public holidays following Cambodia’s Labor Law. ■ Annual leave entitlement of 18 days per year.
