Golden Beach Resort is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Our resort is on the beautiful shores of Koh Rong, Cambodia. We offer luxury accommodations and great amenities. We want someone who can create amazing dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the kitchen team. - Create menus with both Western and Asian dishes. - Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory and food cost control. - Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure quality. - Work with management to plan special events and dinners. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel. - Expertise in both Western and Asian cuisines. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to create innovative menus and deliver high-quality dishes. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
