Position Summary The Building Management Manager is responsible for the effective management and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and infrastructure supporting our online casino operations. This position ensures that the work environment is safe, efficient, and aligned with the company’s operational needs. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in managing modern commercial facilities in a 24/7 business setting.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily facility operations • Supervise security, cleaning, and maintenance personnel and vendors. • Ensure building safety compliance with local fire, health, and building regulations. • Schedule and manage preventive maintenance and urgent repairs. • Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives. • Coordinate office expansions, renovations, and relocations as needed. • Conduct regular building inspections and risk assessments. • Prepare and manage facility budgets and maintenance records. • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies. • Work closely with casino operations, IT, and HR departments for infrastructure support.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building or property management. • Knowledge of building codes, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office. • Strong ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors. • Experience in high-security or 24/7 operational environments is an advantage.
