Duties & Responsibilities 1- The role of Housekeeping & Common area Supervisor: To Lead the team keep maintain D’Seaview Building in clean, tidy and green, unit setup for VIP or staff from Phnom Penh, cleaning all the common area to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for tenant. They are ensuring that all area inviting and clean as they address all tenant queries politely and knowledgeably.
2- The Housekeeping and Common area Supervisor is responsible for: a. Greeting guests and responding to queries. b. (If) Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks c. Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness d. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence e. Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber or chemical for daily usage, f. Participate in large cleaning projects as required g. Prepare staff roster and attendance submit to manager line, h. Control and do inventory all cleaning tools and material usage, i. Do inventory all HK equipment stock in & out j. Stop check the location and assign team to do if still problem issue and happened about cleaning hygiene (Ex- North Tower, South Tower, commercial and other command area. k. Prepare and submit performance reports. l. Overseeing staff performance attendant record on a daily. m. Updating status on assignment sheet or group chat. n. Report to Head of Department or Assistant Operation Manager on back up. Be on call in case of emergencies
