KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinatingon boarding. -Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. -Support payroll processing by gathering relevant information, such as attendance and leave records. -Manage employee leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. -Help with performance management processes, such as evaluations and feedback collection. -Facilitate training and development programs for employees. -Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. -Handle general office management tasks such as office supplies procurement and maintaining inventory. -Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events. -Assist with preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and communications. -Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.) -Proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a Senior HR-Admin role. -Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong communication abilities. -Proficiency in MS Office applications. -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
