JD for HR/Admin -Handle the recruitment, selection and hiring staff on different projects -Ensure the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks such as timesheets, employee NSSF registration, holiday management, sick leave, etc.. -Ensure the company policy and working procedure well known by staffs -Provide staff with orientation and updated guidelines; -Working closely with department managers to ensure the up to date job description -Maintenance and up to date staff’s information. -Prepare training and any staff retention activities appointed by company -Maintenance and documents company asset + Requirements -University student in related field, under graduate or fresh graduate -Good communication skill -Good knowledge in English, computer skill and experience in HR/Admin is a plus
