Direct the assessment of company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. 7. Lead the development and nurturing of a positive organizational culture that supports the company's values and promotes employee satisfaction and productivity. 8. Oversee the development, implementation, and compliance of HR policies and procedures across the organization. 9. Direct HR projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating with HR Managers in each business unit to ensure alignment with business needs and execution.
