Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately and timely by using the HR system.
• Update monthly employee working roster and modify in case of change.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies regarding attendance and leave.
• Analyze attendance data and generate reports for management review.
• Collaborate with department managers to address attendance issues and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate calculation of overtime, shift allowance, leave and attendance etc… for payroll processing.
• Handle attendance-related queries from employees and management.
• Other tasks are assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on attendance management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HR system and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
