Internal Audit Supervisor

Job Descriptions: - Assisting the IA Manager/Senior Manger to manage audit team to deliver audit report as stated in annual audit plan. - Participate in opening meetings with client to explain the scope and objectives of the audit engagement to client and provide an overview of all steps in the audit process. - Reviewing the audit planning documented by senior internal auditor, and consulting the IA team for significant areas along with technical supports. - Providing the coaching, training and developing the audits staff to upgrade their knowledge. - Reviewing the audit working papers, draft audit report and executive summary prepared by team member. - Submitting the audit report and executive summary to projects or companies' IA Manager/Senior Manager for reviewing. - Participate in closing meetings with client at the end of fieldwork, providing clear explanations for identified issues raising in the audit report. - Building and maintaining the good relationship with company colleague. - Comply with company policies and internal audit code of ethic and assist IA Manager/Senior Manager to manage audit staff to ensure that they are comply with internal audit code of ethic as well as company policies. - Others tasks assign by IA Manager/Senior Manager.
Job Specifications: - Bachelor Degree in finance or Accounting, CAT/ACCA, or related fields. - At least 03 years of audit experience in public accounting or internal audit. - Willing to travel and work in provinces for a period of time. - Accomplishment of audit work following the schedule as planned. - Good team work with respect of audit ethic. - Contribute feedback/idea to the audit department on potential process enhancements where team improvement is possible. - Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communications skills. - Be able to effectively work with new and changing situations including new industry regulations; where there may not always be a readily apparent solution. - Must be able to view controls issues and concerns from the perspective of Top management. - Good English writing or Chinese is considered as priority.
