Job Title: Internal Control Executive (ICE) Company Name: Worldbridge Group of Companies IS's Title: Group Finance Development Director Department: Finance Development Station: Phnom Penh Working Hours: Mon-Sat: 8:00am – 5:30pm (half a day for Saturday) JOB SUMMARY : Internal control Executive is function to minimize risks and protect assets of company, ensure monthly checking of physical pawn stocks &document records, promote operational efficiency &accurately, and encourage adherence to SOP &all relevant policies &procedures, rules ®ulations. JOB SCOPE: The employee shall provide his/her services for WBG. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Regularly check & control all Pawn stock items and warehouse such as car, mobile, electronic items, Jewelry, land/house title, ID car, and so on and recommend proper safeguards for their protection. - Check and analyze pawn inventory paperwork, comparing it with actual stock or other records to discover any discrepancies via physically count all pawn items in stock. - Check &review CUU HQ & branch operations and compliance with SOP policies and procedures and sound business practices. - Reporting if any occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft, waste & report discrepancies to ensure that everything has been done correctly according to rules set by company SOP standards. and find ways to prevent them in the future, and recommend company/branch improvements in compliance. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Male only - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Auditing or any related field. - Workable MS Office: Words, Excel, Power Points. - Analytical skills, Communication skills, integrity, and time management. - Professional skepticism, and risk management. - Communicable knowledge of English.
