Description
Roles & Responsibility: 1. Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures. 2. Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages. 3. Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers. 4. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory. 5. Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory. 6. Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus. 7. Analyze data to anticipate future needs. 8. Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships. 9. Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met. 10. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Job Requirements: 1. Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position. 2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. 3. Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports. 4. Excellent organizational and planning skills. 5. Reliable and trustworthy. 6. Good Communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process. 7. Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do. 8. Good speaking and writing in English. 9. Hard working and can under pressure.
