- Check all documents sent from the warehouse team, make sure all docs are following with the procedure correctly. - Input all data stock in/out into excel file. - Reconcile the inventory costing between stock in report and QuickBooks &MAQSU - Guide warehouse staffs how to control Outlet inventory - Report monthly inventory that contains; stock in/out, variance loss/gain, finalized report and submit to Finance Manager. - Perform monthly stock count at the warehouse - Maintain and control company’s properties, Fixed asset. - Analyze products consumption slow or fast, alert key products need to place the order. - Prepare and maintain massive data of recipe formulas - Tracking inventory receives and export, monitoring product expiration date - File all hard docs in the folder properly.
