DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY - Assisting IT Project Manager in preparation of project budget and costing. - Monitoring project budgeting and spending throughout the project. - Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. - Liaising with project stakeholders and providing regular report of the project status to ensure stakeholders are updated with the status. - Working on the project deliverables by working closely with project stakeholders, both internal and external units. - Assisting Project Manager in developing schedules and methods for measuring results. Executing the project communication plan. - Coordinating all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion. Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project. - Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities. - Providing support for any project reporting to management. - Supporting and providing required info for any audit activities. - Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity. - Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work. QUALIFICATION - 3+ years of experience in project management role; - Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals; - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); - Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills; - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English and Khmer); - Fluency in Chinese language is an added point; - Strong people skills; - Certified in Project Management such as PMP, Prince is preferable; - Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
