Job Description IT Task: – In charge of maintain electronic devices within the academy – Provide support to the academy’s staff in area relate to IT or technical matters – Analyze the requirements of the company and organize IT resources of the company accordingly – Provide troubleshooting solutions – Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software – Organizing data, storing them securely and creating backups – Evaluating the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking – Develop Company’s Website. Graphic Design Task: – Develop concepts graphics – Responsible for the conceptualization, design and development of communication materials for our brands and outlets – Creating and developing concepts, layout, finished art for print and social media – Events and trade shows design – Be involved in all company related matters – Design artwork of company, vacancy, logo, banner, and other marketing material as required – Ensure anything quality standard company requirement. Job requirement – Bachelor of IT and Graphic Design or field equivalent – Professional IT and Graphic Design – At least one year of experience – Good team work – Have potential/energy to grow quickly – Able to check & fix network company – Able to use Graphic Design & Video editor software for advertising on social media – Able to use Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail – Good communication skill and attitude – Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline – Good command in English – Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
