Phnom Penh Derivative Exchange Plc is a Central Counterparty company licensed by SERC. To enhance our operation, we are seeking qualified candidates as following:
IT Support
Job Description
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the technical support
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support for users
• Prepare document and book of full training research thesis
• Maintenance and monitoring as PBX, DVR, APC, UPS system
• Purchase request and work with suppliers about IT equipment
• Control and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connection in head office and branches
• Monitoring on trading system, hardware performance and system alert issue.
Requirement
• Graduated student in IT
• Good knowledge in both written & spoken English
• Experience in related position minimum 1 year and especially with helpdesk support is an option
• Knowledge of Windows Server Admin basics
• Knowledge of Network TCP/ IP basics
• Knowledge of Linux like system is a plus
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure, hones, hardworking, good teamwork & interpersonal skill
Work Condition:
- Monday to Friday
Morning Shift: 08:00am – 17:00pm
Night Shift: 15:00pm – 23:00pm
Night Shift (Graveyard Shift): 23:00pm – 08:00am
- Public holiday follow labour law
Compensation
