Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains user login, email accounts, and security rights Access.
• Maintains departmental email distribution lists.
• Provides support on sites, remote access.
• Provides support for all hardware/software installation and updates.
• Trains employees in use of new software and/or hardware.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Installation & Configuration Computer, CCTV, Printer, Finger print, POS system and modem router.
• Maintenance and monitoring hardware, software, server, network, POS system. Modem router, CCTV, cPanel and accounting system.
Requirement
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support or administration
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
