We are hiring! Position: IT Support
Key Responsibilities: • Responding to client support requests • Install and configure computer systems and applications • Attend in-person directly to client workstation or connect via remote tools to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems • Creating Domain User Account and O365 services assignment • Troubleshoot related to Office 365 services • Maintain computer and license assets inventory data accuracy • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Must be able to compose very clear report to site supervisor on critical issues Requirements: • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems. • Familiar with Microsoft 365 features. • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. • 3-5 years of Work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills.
