- Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide first-level IT support to healthcare staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted medical operations.
- Healthcare IT System Maintenance – Support, maintain, and troubleshoot hospital/clinic IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and telemedicine platforms.
- Network & Server Management – Monitor and maintain hospital network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), ensuring stable and secure connectivity for medical operations.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection – Implement security protocols, monitor for cyber threats, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and local data protection laws.
- Medical Equipment IT Support – Provide technical assistance for IT-integrated medical devices, ensuring seamless connectivity between diagnostic equipment and patient management systems.
- User Training & IT Awareness – Train healthcare staff on IT best practices, system usage, cybersecurity awareness, and troubleshooting common IT issues.
- Software & Hardware Installation – Install, configure, and maintain hospital management software, operating systems, antivirus programs, and IT hardware such as computers, printers, and communication devices.
- Data Backup & Disaster Recovery – Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to prevent data loss and ensure continuity of healthcare services in case of system failures.
- Telehealth & Remote Support – Assist in the setup and support of telemedicine platforms, remote consultations, and patient monitoring systems to ensure seamless virtual healthcare delivery.
- IT Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system configurations, troubleshooting logs, and IT policies to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards.

- 8am-5pm ( 4 Day off / Week )
