Description
Duties • Booking day to day operation transaction. • Maintain accounting/bookkeeping records system • Make payments for purchases and operating expenses • Manage Petty cash • Ensure that all requests for disbursement are within approved budget • Prepare Daily, Monthly & annual financial reports and submit to management in a good timely manner. • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures • Reconciliation of advances to staff each month • Fixed asset processing and reporting • Do Financial and profitability analysis • Monitor and support taxation issues • Monthly and annual tax declaration • Maintain a proper asset list and other admin records • Ensure office equipment and properties are properly maintained and serviced as necessary • Maintain an effective filing system • Provide finance and admin support to all branch • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field • At least 2 years' experience in finance and office management • Good command of English both fluency of speaking and writing • Solid experience in using QuickBooks program and Excel Spreadsheet • Very good Computer literacy, Internet-surfing and e-mail • Strong inter-personal, organizational and communication skills • Willing to learn, and work under pressure • Good team player • Be proactive, flexible but robust • Discreet and trustworthy personality How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to submit fully comprehensive detailed CV and Cover Letter with current photo and expected salary using the contact details below.
