KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • To be responsible for month-end deadlines and schedules. • To be familiar with all Company operating systems and software including Financials. • To compile month-end statistical information for financial statements. • To prepare month-end journal entries, according to the policy and using standard temples. • To assist in conducting and completing all standard reconciliation templates according to company policy. • To assist the Cashier in performing surprise float counts. • To be responsible for cash flow planning. • Daily enter key data of financial transaction in database • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting document and records. • To be responsible for Duty Tax-import, withholding Tax, Tax Submission and filing. • To reconcile and monitor all balance sheet accounts according to the policy. • To be responsible for preparation Income Statement. • To assist with the preparation of the company’s Budget & Costing. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Ability to operated Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Presentation • Good command in written and spoken English • Audit experience is advantage • A good team player. QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to operated Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Presentation • Good communication in English • Accounting designation or enrollment in a recognized Accounting Program. • Previous accounting experience • Auditing experience is advantage • Bachelor of accounting or related field.
