JOB DESCRIPTION Finance & Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Besides, the Finance & Accounting Supervisor ensures financial information recorded accurately and manages accounting activities including accounts payable. 1. Taxation • Prepare monthly tax declaration • Prepare annual tax declarations 2. Account Payable • Posting all operating expenses • Verify payment requests from related departments • Inter-company transactions… • Accrued, amortized expenses • Fixed Asset depreciation • Other reports assigned 3. Cash management • Create all banking payments (Tax, Local Payment, OVS Payment…) • Upload bank statement into SAP • Post outgoing bank & clear FEBAN • Reconcile SAP balance with bank balance. • Prepare bank docs: deposit, drawdown, loan repayment… • Download "Bank Payment Slip" for all payments (except Import Duty) • Other reports assigned. 4. Retail admin and Petty Cash • Reconcile sale of store vs SAP vs Incoming bank • Clear Retail Admin on SAP • Coordinate with bank on fraudulent transactions, overcharge, undercharge • Manage cash count balance • Payroll posting, Payroll posting to SAP 5. Reconcile employee payable on SAP vs HR • Closing month - FS report • Closing Month • FS report • VAS accounting books (if any local accounting reporting format) • Other reports assigned: Cash Movement Daily Report, CF Actual Report JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree majoring in Finance and Accounting • Min 3 years of experience at the same role at multi-national company • Good interpersonal skills, effective verbal & written communication skills and negotiation skills. • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools • Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workload and delegate effectively. • Willing to travel.
