Job Description • Daily operating support • New staff coaching • Letter in & out control and fill • Control staff leave, time card & OT • Prepare monthly staff payroll • Prepare monthly staff NSSF • Daily bookkeeping and prepare monthly closing entry • Tracking on local and oversea schedule pay to supplier and process the payment • Review on monthly cash flow management, budgeting cash for operation and cash reserve • Review on bookkeeping (transactions are classify correctly and follow accounting principle), make any adjustment on error data and produce financial reports • Check and prepare monthly and yearly tax declaration • Assist in prepare financial statement and others documents following the requirement for external audit and tax audit • Check and process yearly renewal insurance, patent, stamp tax, annual declaration MoC, vehicle tax, CTC & COC • Assist any task assign from manager
