Analyzing business processes to determine areas for improvement 2. Communicating with senior managers about the status of projects and prodding updates on progress 3. Conducting interviews with employees to gather feedback about their experience with current processes 4. Collaborate with Project Owner, Team Lead and Developers on tasks related to the planning, scheduling and coordination of project activities 5. Help designing new processes or improving existing ones by creating flowcharts and diagrams of processes, identifying potential problems and solutions, and implementing changes 6.
