Job Description: o Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks and snacks. o Plan and present bar menu. o Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered o Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times. o Wash glassware and utensils after each use. o Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies. o Perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping. o To conduct other jobs as assigned by managers Job Requirement: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Prior bartending experience required in a Mid-scale or luxury property. - Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal). - Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays - Ability to multitask - Positive and friendly attitude - Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts
