RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sell optional products for meeting customer wants and needs. • Support customers with directions, maps and local area information. • Check customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges. • Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental extensions • Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel • Ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement • Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with necessary details • Review and submit reports to superior REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or Business - Administration • 2 years experiences in Sales, Vehicle rental • Can work under pressure, • Be dynamin, hardworking and energize • Able to communicate in English, Chinese is an asset
