Job Description: o Greeting customer and provide best service to customer walk-in in showroom. o Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. o Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. o Maintains customer records by updating account information. o Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. o Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. o Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Requirement: • 1 year experience in Customer Service or related field • English Language medium • Can use MS Office & Email • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication and problem solving • Commitment to learn and expand responsibility to move up to next level • Be honest, hardworking, flexible, highly responsible and positive attitude • Strong communication skills, customer-facing and relationship skills
