Job Description -Responding promptly to customer inquiries. -Communicating with customers through various channels. -Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. -Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. -Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. -Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, complaints and Lead generation result. -Communicating and coordinating with Relationship manager and other colleagues as necessary. -Taking care of Company Customer Service Accounts and Customer Service phone. -Work smoothly with diffrent deparments and can acheviement others task that Manager arranged. Job Requirements -Excellent communication skill -Fluent language skills in Khmer , English and Chinese -Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles. -Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google drive or related software. -Experience on real estate industry preferred -At least 1 years of customer service experience or related position experience required.
