Duties and Responsibilities: Mentoring and coaching supervisors & all line staff Support CS team to develop SOP for all functions in the department Handling client complaints and ensuring the satisfaction of solution Handling authority audit and communicating to client efficiently Respond to customer service issues on a timely manner Review and support Customer Service Executive on contracts and signings Supervise the Customer Service team to ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service and make sure that all company policies are followed Manage and control the client master list report Prepare any notice for legal purpose/records Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement Work with HOD of another department to handle any difficult work order Other tasks assign by the direct supervisor.
