Responsibilities: • Design cool stuff for app, social media, and ads, and also edit videos to make them look awesome. • Team up with our marketing and creative folks to understand what we need and then make it happen. • Show your designs and videos to the team, and be open to making changes based on their feedback. • Keep things organized so we can find our graphics and videos when we need them. • Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, and share your ideas with the team. • Juggle multiple projects and make sure everything gets done on time. Requirements: • Have a degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or something related is a plus. • Show us you've done this stuff before by sharing your portfolio. • Know your way around design software like Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools. • Understand what makes good design and good video, and pay attention to the details. • Be good at talking to people and working in a team. • Don't freak out when things get busy—we need someone who can handle deadlines like a champ.
