Description
• To develop and implement a new system for the company as needed • To plan, manage and control on existing system to make sure system transactions recorded properly based on the process defined • To work with the head of department to find out any problems and to plan it for improvement • To develop ERP System manuals • To conduct system training and to make sure all users can use it properly • To manage database access, security, integrity and backup procedures • To keep database up to date • To plan and manage reports development required by each department • To design and automation of reoccurring report deliverables with Microsoft Power BI and Excel • To setup and review KPIs for the staffs under his/her supervise • To interview and select new staffs • To prepare monthly report for the meeting • Other tasks assigned by operation manager
