Job Title: Front Office Agent Summary: The Front Office Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience at Hotel Cambodiana. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, and your responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities: 1. Guest Services: - Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. - Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork and registration procedures. - Assign rooms according to guest preferences and availability. - Process payments accurately and securely. - Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. - Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions. - Respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally and find solutions. 2. Reservations: - Manage hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems. - Confirm reservation details and ensure accuracy. - Handle room upgrades and special requests. 3. Administrative Tasks: - Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments. - Manage room keys and ensure the security of guest belongings. - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. - Work effectively with a team to deliver exceptional service. Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (possibly Khmer as well). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. - Proficient in computer skills, including hotel reservation systems and MS Office Suite. - Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
