Background in customer service and experience with Odoo software or other ERP systems. 4. Experience in providing support to end users. 5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Odoo system. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Experience in customizing and configuring Odoo modules is preferred. 10. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 11.
