Responsibilities: 1. Supervision: Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring they perform their duties effectively. 2. Budgeting: Assist in the budgeting process, monitoring expenditures and financial performance against budgets. 4. Reconciliation: Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies. 7. Training: Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting practices and software. Skills: • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial software. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues. • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
