Position Summary: The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for the checking in and checking out of guests at the property, doing whatever it takes to make the guests feel at home and exceed their expectations. He/she is responsible for the efficient rooming of the guest as well as supervising guest service staff in his duty/shift Responsibilities - Play a role as a link between guests and management. - Responsible for training, appraisal, and coaching of staff at the front desk. - Compile relevant statistical and monthly reports as required - Assist in periodical checks on money and operational matters - Responsible for the maintenance of financial records at the front desk - Check and maintain standards by personal review and surveillance of guests’ comments - Perform any other duties required by the Manager/Assistant Guest Service Manager Qualifications - Diploma in Hospitality or Chinese. - English is preferable - At least 2–3 years experience in the Front Office supervising position in the hospitality industry. - Self-confident, Flexibility, and friendly.
