Description

Reporting to the HRM, you will be responsible to assist HRM to maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, recruiting and evaluating employee relations, human resources policies, programs, practices, administrative for company. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Administrating staff wages, benefits and payroll process - Monitoring implementation of HR policy and procedure - Maintaining human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining - Maintaining human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training - Handling general administrative work - Carrying out such other duties as may be required - Assist with day to day operations for the HR functions and duties - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) - Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes - Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) - Communicate with public services when necessary - Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees - Make working insurance (NSSF) - Do Foreigner work permit REQUIREMENT: Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field 2+ years experience in Human Resource Section Comprehensive understanding CAMBODIA LABOR LAW Administration knowledge Strong problem solving and communication skill required Good management skills and capacity to work under pressure Be able to communication in English and Computer skill HR Admin Executive x1 Location Near Sangkat Krang Tnung
