The Assistant Administrative is primarily responsible for delivering administrative assistance to Executive Assistant – Legal/Admin. Key responsibilities encompass managing documentation, office supplies, contract documents, agreements, budgeting, checking invoice of vendor, and any other applicable documents. 1. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: - Manage emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. - Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring documents are easily accessible. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as required by superior. 2. SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION: - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members. - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials as needed. - Monitor and manage office calendars to ensure optimal scheduling and time management. 3. OFFICE MANAGEMENT: - Monitor and replenish office supplies, always ensuring adequate inventory levels. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including conference rooms and reception areas. - Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, arranging repairs and servicing as necessary. 4.
