– Responsible for to assist the team in IT Solution and ELV Security System, Installation and Configuration, Troubleshooting, Training and Support – Experience and well knowledge in installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, System Design in any of the following system integration of VPN Router/Firewall, Networking, Wireless, IT/ELV structure, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV Camera, CMS, Intercom, PBX, Parking Management System etc. – Own the responsibility, success and deliverables of technical marketing collaterals – Candidate must be able to identify and resolve customer engagement issues; escalate if appropriate. = Customer (and Reseller) satisfaction focused. – Have the capabilities of independent study, research, and authoring competitive technical documents – Have the capabilities to work with more senior Technical Product Engineers, Presales and Product Manager to perform installation, tests, and benchmarks in a technical lab environment. – Must be capable of delivering assignments on-time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables and professionalism -Report daily job progress to supervisor and Other tasks assign by Teams, Manager or Management
