Full time Work in shifts (8 hours per shift), 6 days per week Rest Day: 1 day per week Location: Phnom Penh Salary/Rate: Base Salary $500 (Probation) Base Salary $600 (After Confirmation) Requirements: • Able to work in shifts and rotation • Proficient in English • Able to speak, read, and write in Chinese is a plus (can negotiate base salary) Benefits: • 10 Days Sick Leave • 14 Days Annual Leave • 10% Annual Increment (Based on Performance) • $100 Allowance (After Confirmation) • Yearly Bonus (Min. 1 mo. of Base Salary) • Company Dinner / Trip Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer service inquiries, and make sure that all customer chats are being answered in the right manner and on time. 2. Provide accurate information to the customers as well as handle customer complaints and feedback. 3. Prepare reports during work hours and make sure that all issued reports are accurate. 4.
