Job Description 1. Plan and manage production schedule 2. Plan and manage workforce to operate the production 3. Oversee production process from raw materials to finished goods 4. Manage and do maintenance on production equipment, electrical and utility system 5. Oversee and control the product quality (QA and QC) 6. Plan and oversee stock management 7. Overlook supply and demand planning 8. Overlook administration for the whole factory Job Requirement: - A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanic, Electrical and Automation - At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production - Experience in management may be advantageous. - Good understanding and knowledge in manufacturing management - Good understanding and knowledge in the implementation of ISO, GMP and HACCP in a manufacturing environment.
