Job Responsibilities: • Lead team to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Monitor planned visits to potential customers and follow-up all projects. • Understand customer needs and offer products solutions to customer matching with their requirement. • Commit to achieve (meet or exceed) the sales target assigned. • Negotiate/close deals and handle objections, and maintain relationships with customers. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. • Other tasks assigned by Manager.
