- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing and credit term - Review quotation and other information from suppliers for pricing - Communicate with other department, stores, suppliers (for products, cost price/sell price or promotion… - Follow up Purchase order to suppliers - Review stock in to each store to ensure that stock in with the right items, cost price and the right location - Review stock return to suppliers to ensure that stock have been returned with the right items - Receive purchase request from each store, check stock and quantity of sale for doing purchase order to suppliers - Follow up and confirm with stores for an unusual purchase request - Work with suppliers for products expired date (to change or …) - Work with suppliers and each store for any problems that occurs on products (such as product damage/spoil) - Checking price from suppliers - Create and sending purchase order to suppliers
