This includes partnering with kitchen manager to ensure positive results from the full F&B operations and partnering with our sales/ group meeting the needs of our guests. • Customer service and positive customer relations, staff motivation and management. • Ordering of Shop supplies, Check Weekly Inventory and monthly Report • Ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of area of responsibility • Complete Opening, Closing procedure and reports • Scheduling and supervision of all staffs • Conduct Staff Training and New Staff Orientation • Collect Cash, closing report and send to group top management • Menu Costing and Recipe • Handle Guest Complaint and Solve the problem > Chinses speaking
