Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee daily sales operations. 2. Develop sales strategic plan and implement sales plan to expand market segmentation, boost sales targets and increase sales volume 3. Generate sales plans, promotional literature, and pricing strategies. 4. Promote the company's existing products and introduce new products to the market. Job Requirement: - A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales from FMCG and Farm. - Experience in management may be advantageous. - Good understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. - Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
