Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and issue selling price to customer - To verify the accuracy of purchase order (PO) from customer and make sure all PO are posting into system. - To be responsible for preparing daily, monthly and yearly reports as required by manager and client. - To perform monthly physical inventory count. - To maintain and reconcile inventory at warehouse and cash VAN - To verify the accuracy of the stock report and ensure that the policy and procedure of stock management is implemented as a daily operation. - To check and control account receivable and credit limit and AR aging of customers - To reconcile & update the payment /AR ledger and prepared AR report - Handle phone enquires and solve dispute cases by working with sales/ordering teams. - Follow up and prepare the reminder letter to the overdue customers. - Make field collection report by daily and monthly -Other work assigns by manager Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields - At least 2-year experience in accounting in account receivable - Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet & Email). - Be willing to travel to province sometime - Has good interpersonal skill - Be flexible, dynamic, team work and able to work under pressure Benefit: - 13th month salary (Base on KAR) - Bonus (CNY /KNY /PB) - Quarterly Incentive (Achieved Target) - Seniority 15days per year - Provide Health insurance, Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, NSSF - Pension Fund - Follow all Public Holiday - Marriage Allowance - Transportation Allowance
