Travel Agent Associate Job Description: - Strictly abide by the rules and regulation of the visa application center and obey the instruction of the management personnel - Arrive at office at least 10 min early - Proficient in understanding the visa policy regulation and operational procedure - Use standardized service language, be polite, friendly - Answer questions meticulously and concisely - Seek guidance from management promptly for difficult or sensitive questions - Check for any missing passports or application material Job Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree or above - Native in Khmer, fluent in English and speak Chinese is preferred - Proficient in using computer, mobile phones, printers and Microsoft office software - Excellent office skills - Strong self-discipline - Honest and Trustworthy Working Environment - Location: Flatiron, Khan Doun Penh - Salary: 400$ - Hours: 9:00am – 6:00Pm, 5 Days a week with two Day off Email : vis************@cts.comClick To Sent Email.mo Phone No: 0964258xxxClick To Call
